Understand how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) to help save lives in cardiac arrest emergencies. You will need to know both CPR and First Aid before learning how to use an AED. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is the life saving method used when a person's heart has stopped. CPR provide rhythmic compressing , know as chest compressions that will help keep the blood flowing through the body to keep organs alive so you can see that just knowing how to use an AED is not enough when trying to save a life.

Learn how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, and gain the confidence to act in an emergency.
There are phases that one needs to take where there is immediate action required, but you must limit the hazards or risk taken created by the disaster. During this training you will learn the effort and actions needed to return a community or event to a pre-disaster level. knowing what to do and how to do is important, however, knowing what to do when is just as important.
